The items that can be purchased on LAMPOSHOP.COM are NEW and therefore enjoy a guarantee in accordance with Italian law pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (consumer code).

For WARRANTY This warranty covers the free repair or replacement of components or parts of the device recognized by the respective manufacturers as defective in workmanship or materials. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or damage resulting from loss, misuse of the item, or damage caused by the loss of information stored by the customer in any form. Furthermore, we decline all liability for any damage that may, directly or indirectly, arise to people, property, or animals as a result of failure to observe the instructions indicated in the relevant operating manuals, especially those concerning warnings regarding INSTALLATION, USE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE APPLIANCE.

La WARRANTY It is recognized to those buyers who present the original invoice or purchase receipt together with the item for which repair is being requested.

For the consumers: that is, those who purchase for purposes other than their professional or entrepreneurial activity, the following will apply: Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (two years under legal conditions).
For the other buyers: which they usually buy with VAT number, the legal guarantees referred to in articles 1490 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code will apply (one year under the legal conditions).

In any case, any warranty extensions issued directly by the manufacturer remain valid.

WARRANTY TERMS

The warranty is valid for the period indicated, starting from the invoice date on all parts of the item not subject to wear and tear due to malfunctions attributable to manufacturing defects.

Guarantee DOES NOT APPLY to damages caused by carelessness, incorrect use and installation and NON-COMPLIANT to the warnings and indications given in the instruction or installation manual, from misuse, mistreatment, deterioration, lightning, atmospheric phenomena, overvoltages and overcurrents, insufficient or irregular electrical power supply, adaptation or modification, nor to damages caused by incorrect use or in CONTRADICTION WITH THE TECHNICAL AND/OR SAFETY MEASURES REQUIRED IN THE COUNTRY WHERE THE APPLIANCE IS USED.

If, during the warranty period, one or more parts are replaced for repair with part or parts not authorized by the relevant manufacturers, or not compliant with the appropriate safety and quality measures for the same, or if the repair is carried out by personnel NOT ALLOWED, the buyer loses the right to repair.

ARE EXCLUDED from this warranty the consumable parts considered subject to normal wear and tear such as: cords, batteries, lamps, light bulbs, printing or recording ribbons, etc.
