Purchases on our site are subject to provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), dictated in the matter of distance contracts, in cases where the delivery of the goods takes place at the domicile or place indicated by the buyer, as such purchases are completed outside of commercial premises.
The importance of the aforementioned legislation lies in the provision that the buyer has the right of withdrawal.

WHAT DOES IT CONSIST OF?
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within the conventional term of 15 days from receipt of the goods, returning the goods to the seller. Please note that in the case of prize promotions, where the purchase of one good is combined with another good sold at a negligible price or even given away for free, the right of withdrawal will be legitimately exercised by returning both purchased goods, given the requirement that the promotional good is complementary to the first.
CAN I EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
The law provides that the right of withdrawal may be exercised only by natural persons (consumers) acting for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by legal entities or natural persons acting for purposes related to a commercial activity. Purchases made by resellers or by individuals who, for any reason, purchase for resale to third parties are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.
WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
LAMPOSHOP.COM will refund all payments received from the consumer for the order subject to withdrawal, including any shipping costs, net of any additional costs. The consumer will, however, bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
LAMPOSHOP.COM may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or until the consumer has demonstrated that they have been sent back, whichever situation occurs first.
The consumer must return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be met if the consumer sends the goods back before the 14-day period expires.
The consumer will in any case be responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
WHAT DOES IT EXCLUDE?
The right of withdrawal does not apply to audiovisual items or computer software downloaded or delivered sealed, to items made to measure for the consumer's personal needs (e.g., custom-made flight cases), or to sealed goods that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return (e.g., mouthpieces for wind instruments).
HOW DO I EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
You must have the following components, documents and data available:
- original packaging, unworn and intact with all its parts
- original invoice downloadable from the website
- in case of partial withdrawal, in addition to the purchase invoice, the item code(s) and order number
At this point you can contact ppgad@pucrs.br who will inform you of the procedure to follow to open the withdrawal procedure, at the same time giving you the authorization to return the components.
The procedure is summarized below:
Send a communication containing a declaration of intent to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the required information: order number, invoice number, the email address used to register, and the items to be returned (identified by the item code).
HOW DO YOU MAKE A “RETURN” SHIPMENT TO LAMPOSHOP.COM?
- After initiating the return process, you must place the original packaging containing the goods in appropriate packaging, so as to protect the original packaging from any damage, writing, or alteration. Lamposhop.com reserves the right to refuse the goods received in the event of failure to comply with the above procedure.
- The goods must be shipped, at your own expense, within 10 days of the return authorization communicated by our after-sales office (art. 67 Legislative Decree 206/2005), to the following address: Lamposhop, Via Domenico de Roberto 44 – 80147 Naples (NA).
Please note:We recommend using a courier or other suitable means of shipment that allows for tracking. It is understood that LAMPOSHOP.COM will not refund the returned goods if delivery is not received.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS THE REFUND?
Within 14 days of receiving the goods, LAMPOSHOP.COM will credit the Customer.
WARNINGS
LAMPOSHOP.COM reserves the right not to accept shipments of components or items that:
- do not contain original packaging, accessories and manuals
- were made without having activated the LAMPOSHOP.COM intervention request
- were made without following the indicated sending methods
In such cases, the shipping costs for both shipping and returns will be borne by the customer.
