The FBT CLA 406.2A is an active, two-way, bi-amplified column line array module, ideal for amplifying voices in conference rooms, auditoriums, or houses of worship. The speaker system incorporates four 6,5" woofers with 1,5" voice coils and one 1,4" neodymium driver with 2,5" voice coil. The internal Class D amplifier module constructed of die-cast aluminum delivers 600W for the LF, 300W for the HF, and the DSP processor with 8 equalization presets provides unexpected dynamics in a system of this size. The column has a frequency response ranging from 65 Hz to 20 kHz, a maximum SPL of 133 dB, a horizontal coverage angle of 100°, and a vertical coverage angle of 25°. On the rear we find the HF Level, the Preset button, the HP filter, the Gnd lift button, 3 status LEDs (on, peak, prt/limit), XLR input & link and Neutrik Powercon Cable Duplex for power supply. Using the new optional hardware it is possible to couple two or more CLA406.2A/CLA206A with an angle of 0°-20° in 5° steps vertically and additional accessories are available for flying the system, four side inserts (two upper and two lower) designed to accommodate quick release pins or M10 screws.
